He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Tracy and Chasen; his grandsons, Owen, Ryan and Chasen; his sisters, Carol Scales and Mary Brown; and his family, Matt Pello and Jeremy Hershowitz. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
