He is survived by: his wife Sharon; and his children, Amanda Nix (Scott) of Milliken, CO, David Johnson (Kim), Tina Krisko of Gordon, GA and Judi Cook (Steve) of Greene, NY.. He is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
