He is survived by: his wife Barbara Burrnett-Lewis; his daughter Elizabeth Lewis; his grandson Jack Lewis; his stepchildren, Lori Dolgos and Gregory Burrnett; and his siblings, James Lewis (Waynette) and Dann Lewis (Diane Walker).
