She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kocik and Mary Jane Dougher; and her sister Karen Groff. She is survived by: her significant other Calvin Bowles; her daughter Melody Bowles; her nieces, Brandi Hill (Rick), Ashley Groff (Nate Greene) and Shynetta Price; her nephew Juwan Johnson; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin, Anton Becker Harris, Nate Jr., Isaac Greene, Hailey and Madison Greene.
