He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sutphen and Florence Sutphen. He is survived by: his wife Glena; his daughter Ardella Sutphen (Chad Mitchell); his sister Debra Macksamie (John); and his brother-in-law David Carpenter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
