He was predeceased by: his son Matthew D. Aton; his parents, Douglas J. Aton and Evelyn Aton; and his siblings-in-law, Grace Correll, Sr., Joe Hubik, Frank Dabrovolski, Richard Correll, Jr. and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon "Pinker" Correll Aton; his grandson Kaiden Aton; his sisters, Diane (Ronald Sawchuck) and Marilyn Hubik (Suzanne Dabrovolski); his siblings-in-law, Linda, Charles Fix, Cathy Correll, Susan Correll, Sheila and Jack Byrden; Lisa Aton.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Doug's name may be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier, 212 N. McKinley Ave., Endicott, NY 13760.
