It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth M. Stevens (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on October 15, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence C. Stevens, Jr.; her parents, Stanley Skiba and Marian Skiba; and her sister Jean Marie Cipriano. She is survived by: her daughters, Aimee (Kevin Dailey), Connie (Ward Palmer) and Cynthia (Michael Thomas); her grandchildren, Kyle, Kelli Palmer, Kara, Robert Gratton, Skylar and Michaela Thomas; her great grandchildren, Kayden and Kinley Palmer; her brother-in-law Anthony Cipriano; and her niece Kristen Cipriano.
