With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Kocik of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on December 5, 2020 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Francis Kocik to pay them a last tribute.
All COVID-19 restrictions will be in place: Face coverings and social-distancing protocol will be followed; therefore, a limited number of people will be allowed in the church at a time. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated privately on Friday at 9:30 AM with the Most Rev. Douglas J. Lucia, Bishop of the Diocese of Syracuse, as the main celebrant, with Rev. Thomas Kocik, Fr. Frank's nephew, concelebrating along with other local clergy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Mary of the Assumption and St. Paul's Church Refurbishment Fund in Fr. Kocik's memory.
