He was predeceased by: his former wife Theodora "Teddy" Strates; and his siblings, Thomas, Morris, Johnny and Angelina.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Nemia (Olson); his children, Joseph (Jay), Robin Gregory, James, Frank Jr. and Justin; and his close friends, Nemia, Hill, Steflik, Coughlin and Gerhart. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
His community service included commitments to local and state boards of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the American Cancer Society and Greater Binghamton Health Center.
