He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Rinaldi and Palmina Rinaldi (Mauro); his brother-in-law Anthony Basti; his aunt Dee; and his uncle Steve Perchinsky.
He is survived by: his sisters, LouAnn Liner, Mary Maher (Tom) and Frances Basti; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Liner, Tommy Maher (Bethany), Tara Hemendinger (Nate) and Kevin Maher; his great-niece Ava Maher; and his great-nephew Chase Hemendinger.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to the American Heart Association.
