He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Whitney and Marie Whitney; and his brother Phillip. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his son Brian (Cathlene); his granddaughter Marisa (Nathaniel); his great grandchild Theodore; his grandson Alex; his daughter Kristie (Greg); his grandchildren, Christian, Matthew and Summer; his daughter Sara (Ray); his grandson Lucas; and his siblings, Sherry (Max), Lance (Mary), Mazie (Chuck) and Kathy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
