It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George L. Neer Jr. of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Hidock Neer; his children, Beverly Holmes and Richard Mills; and his grandson Scott Holmes. He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Johns (Tim); and his grandchildren, Michelle Tozer, Darryl Holmes, Dylan Johns (Ashleigh), Nicholas Johns, Conor Johns (Kimberly) and Christian Johns. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
