It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine I Spencer (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Leland Spencer; her former life partner Phil Corey; her parents, Anderson Carney and Fayetta Carney; and her brothers, George and Bob Carney.

She is survived by : her sons, Philip, Zina Corey, David and Shelly Carney; her grandchildren, Philip, Adam, John Corey, Alana, Chris Haskins, Raymond Carney, Brittney and Joseph DeLeon; her brother Ray (Evelyn Carney); and her close friends, Franie and Roberta. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
