It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D Spencer (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on June 29, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Spencer and Margaret Spencer. He is survived by: his brother Frederick Spencer, Jr.. He is also survived by five nephews and nieces, nine grand nephews and nieces, and three great grand nephews.
