He was predeceased by: his wife Verda Kane (Arlene); his siblings, Robert (Bob), Gerald (Jerry), Harry and Margaret (Jule); and his son-in-law Timothy McGovern.
He is survived by: his sister Elaine Lester; his children, Sheila McGovern and Thomas (Tom); his grandson Mike Kane (Jennifer); and his children, Marley, Klair, Nicole Kane, Sean McGovern (Kim), Lucas, Ryan McGovern (Chelsea) and Kathleen McGovern (Katie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and beloved cousins.
