He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Arlene; and his siblings, Maureen Gandy, Terry and Roy.
He is survived by: his wife Andrea; his sons, Kevin, Kris (Bethany), Tom (Jaci) and James IV; and his siblings, Colleen McLean, Pat McLean (Dennis Petcosky) and Sherry Normile (Paul Kane). He is also survived by friends and family.
A lifelong resident of Binghamton, Jim has gone to rest after a recent hard fought battle with Parkinson's and neurological disease.
