He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marie; his son Lucas; his parents, Richard and Lynda; his siblings, Melissa (John), Rick (Kathy) and Kelly (Joe); his brother-in-law Keith (Brenda); and his pets, Oscar and Bubba. He is also survived by numerous Uncles, Aunts, Nephews, Nieces, Cousins.
