She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Payne; her parents, William Perrin and Freda Perrin; her sister Janice; her brothers-in-law, Pete Coleman and Delbert Fleming; her parents-in-law, Clair and Grace Payne; her siblings-in-law, Thomas and Katherine Payne; and her nephews, Grant Payne and Roderick Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, David Payne (Rachel) of Port Crane, Joanne Wilson (William) of Endicott and Laura Webster (Eric) of Binghamton; her grandchildren, Whitney Graczyk (Rich), Anthony Payne (Katelyn), Caitlin Wilson and Nathan Wilson (Mackenzie); her great grandchildren, Adriana, Mason, Owen and Baby Boy Wilson; her siblings, Ron Perrin (Gail), Nancy Fleming, Jean Wickham (Denis) and Joyce Pritchard (John); and her significant other Boy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, dear friends.
