He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip J. Gallagher and Helen P. Gallagher (Reap). He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Kyle, Andrew and Sean; his siblings, Philip (Bonnie) and Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Dee and Tom. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
