It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Gianakos (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Gianakos; his brother Leon Gianakos; his pet Ares; and his parents, Nicholas Gianakos and Demetra Gianakos.
He is survived by: his daughter Demetra; his son-in-law Edward Molina; and his grandson Nicholas Gianakos. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special friends.
