He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hillard and Margaret Haas Hillard; his wife Jeanne Mileski; and his siblings, Catherine, Joanne, Henry, William, Peggy, Edward and Gail.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana; his son-in-law Arthur O'Neil of Binghamton; his grandchildren, Elana O'Neil of Binghamton, Shane O'Neil (KC) of Binghamton, Cody O'Neil of Binghamton and Christy O'Neil of Bath, NY.; and his great grandchildren, Quinn Jameson and Keely Ireland.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fairview Methodist Church (254 Robinson St, Binghamton, NY 13904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
