He is survived by: his daughter Anastacia Fotorny (William) of Pennsylvania; his aunt Julia Hudak; and his cousins, Linda DenDanto, Thomas J. Hudak, Jr., Lawrence Hudak, LouAnn Diomandes and Justina Sissenstein.
