We are sad to announce that, on May 25, 2026, at the age of 81, John Leipfert (Binghamton, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Leipfert and Helen Evans Leipfert Shurtleff; his stepfather Sam Shurtleff; his sister Ann; and his brother-in-law Richard Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his sons, Christopher and Jason Leipfert; his stepson Mark England; his grandchildren, Richard and Anne; and his sisters, Phyllis Finch and Ruth Ellen Pearsall (Charles).
