He is survived by: his sons, John Paul Monico and Kenny Monico (Nichole); the mother of his children Kathy Monico (Lester); and his siblings, Ed Monico (Linda), Tom Monico (Mary), Mary Therese Ostanek (Larry) and Bette Anne Gaube (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
