He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Jean Cizauskas (Moffitt); his parents, Victor Cizauskas and Mame Cizauskas; his father-in-law William James Moffitt; his brother-in-law William Paul Moffitt; and his son-in-law Timothy R. Dickerson.
He is survived by: his children, Rosemary Dickerson, Maureen Myrick (James Armstrong) and John F. Cizauskas; his grandchildren, Leigh Rivet (Marc), Patrick Dickerson (Sarah) and Kimberly Durfee (Brett); his great grandchildren, Rosemary Rivet, Anthony Rivet, Cameron Dickerson, Taylor Dickerson, Ryan Dickerson, Mason Durfee and Austin Durfee; and his brother-in-law James Moffitt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
