He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward and Clara Kosik; his uncle David Kosik; his grandparents, Robert, Anna Mae Coleman, William and Sally Collins; and his uncle Eldon Babcock.
He is survived by: his parents, Maggie Collins (Mark) and Joseph Kosik (Nicole); his sisters, Jessica Edwards (Colin) and Megan Webb (Josh); his nephew Nolan; and his niece Quinn. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins.
