He is survived by: his wife Jackie Brown Cipar; his children, Joe Cipar Jr. (Jennie) of Castle Creek and Anna Harold of Lodi; his granddaughters, Emily Rae and Vita Lee Cipar of Castle Creek; his sister MaryAnn Cipar of Johnson City; his siblings-in-law, Mike Brown (Ellen) of Blue Ridge, VA and Sue Bock of Endwell; his pet Stanley; and his brother Michael Cipar. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nephews, and nieces.
