He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Menichello; his brother Kristian Menichello; and his pet Dexter. He is survived by : his husband Dr. John Welch; his children, Christian John and Madeline; his mother Carol "Dolly" Menichello; his siblings, Dr. Brian Menichello (Monica) and Christina Wisnesky (Carl); his nieces, Makala and Maia; his nephew Luca; his close friends, Stephen Mooney and Scott Barth; and his pugs, Daisy, Oscar and Simon.
