With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine L. Phillips of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on November 4, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Phillips; and her siblings, Rosie, Clara and Charlie. She is survived by: her children, John Phillips (Cathryn), Chuck Phillips, Sheila Place (Edward) and Kathleen Anderson (David). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to the Broome County Humane Society in Josie's memory.
