We are sad to announce that, on August 21, 2023, at the age of 90, Joyce R. Kalada (Binghamton, New York), born in Johnson City, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rose and Nathan Donnelly; her niece Judy Allen; and her siblings, Myrt Liska, Jeanne Pirich, Margaret Kossakowski, Nathan Donnelly (Mickey), Gerald Donnelly, Robert Donnelly and Patrick Donnelly.
She is survived by: her former husband Arthur Friend; her husband Andrew Kalada; her children, Kimberly Friend (Mike Ward) and Ronald Friend (Donna DiMeglio); her grandsons, Benjamin Ward (Tiffany), Aiden Friend (Rae Masson) and Samuel Ward; her great grandchildren, Zelda and River Ward; and her sister-in-law Mary Donnelly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Joyce's name to St. James Catholic Church, Johnson City or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
