He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Prefario and Elizabeth Prefario; his wife Theresa; and his daughter Rebecca. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Prefario (Michael); his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law Gerald McGlynn; and his grandson Samuel Prefario. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and several cherished friends.
