It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kent Turner of Binghamton, New York, born in Norwich, New York, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. and Katharine; his wife Barbara; his son Stephen; and his siblings, Barbara and John.

He is survived by: his children, Kent Jr. (Janice) of Spokane, WA, Katharine Berger (Adam) of Concord, MA and Jean Shea of Binghamton; his grandchildren, Lewis Turner (Rachel), Ryan Turner (Beth), Amy Turner (Ryan), Brian Turner (Jen), Sara Johnson (Justin), Elizabeth Berger, Louisa Berger, Clara Berger, Stephen Shea and Jack Shea; his sister Mary T. Cattan of Stamford, CT; and his cousin James Kent (Wendy) of Rochester, NY. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
