She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Lewis and Marian Lewis; and her siblings, Donna Potter and Robert Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, James Lewis, Michael Lewis and Lisa Cicak; and also, Sean, Brenda Jewell-Freeman and Linda. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, cousins and friends.
