She is survived by : her husband David; her daughters, Teresa Jackowski Helms and Amy Jackowski-Connor; her grandsons, Joshua and William Helms (Kerry); her nephews, Ray, Ricky and Gary Williams (Kim Prentiss); her sons-in-law, Bobby Helms and James Connor; her close friends, Shirley Kurcin and Patricia Regulski; and also, Natalie and Nolan.
