We are sad to announce that, on February 9, 2023, at the age of 87, Lora Seader Elkins of Binghamton, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Seader and Elizabeth Archer Seader; and her husband Keith Norman Elkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Lynn Pert (Gary) and Susan Tripp (William); and her grandchildren, David Pert (Lydia) and Jenell Shields (Evan).
