She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Starley of Binghamton, Mary West of Windsor and Patty Hahn of Windsor; and her cousins, Betsy, Tim Rice, Ginny and Dale Gabel of Painted Post. She is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
