He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartlett H. Holt and Angela Holt; and his brother Paul Holt. He is survived by: his son Bartlett M. Holt; his stepchildren, Derek Fairchild and Lori Sieffert (Mike); the mother of his children Diann Holt; his brother David Holt (Julie); his grandchildren, Madalyn, Ryan Holt, Adesyn Fairchild, Joseph, Alex and Daniel Sieffert; and his cousins, Angie Piepoli, Pam Sovine (Piepoli), Paul Piepoli, Cory, Kenny and Kyle Lane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
