She was predeceased by : her husband John Kisacky Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Robert Kisacky, Debra (Thomas Boyd), Doreen Kisacky (Rex Lawson) and Randy (Deborah Kisacky). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Lourdes Hospice.
