English of Binghamton, New York, born in Johnson City, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Jacobs and Carol Jacobs; and her husband Michael. She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa Brown (James), Carolyn Struble, Angel Bell (Dwight) and Sandy Orlowski; and her siblings, Richard Jacobs (Kim), John Jacobs and Sandy Gates. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
