Peter M. DePersis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter M. DePersis of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Modesto and Mary (Romeo); his parents-in-law, Timothy and Marguerite Coughlin; and his brothers, Joseph (Theresa), Edward (Irene) and Ronald (Nancy).
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia (Coughlin); his daughter Jennifer; his brothers, Francis (Ann Nicosia), William (Mary O'Boyle) and Robert Coughlin (MaryAnn Coughlin); and his godson Timothy Coughlin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Church of Saints John and Andrew, Thursday from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Pete may be made to The Broome County Humane Society or The Oxford Veterans Home.
