She was predeceased by: her father William Bartlow; and her mother-in-law Marylou McHugh Holmes. She is survived by: her husband Kevin McHugh; her stepsons, Kalem and Aiden McHugh; her mother Paula Bartlow; her siblings, Laura Hulbert (Brian) and Nick Bartlow (Kellyn); her uncle Keith White (Lisa); her aunt Karen Ferrier; her nieces and nephews, Caoilainn, Seamus and Declan O'Hara; and her close friends, Christine, Danielle and Gayann.
Donations in her honor can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the Southern Tier Independence Center.
