He is survived by: his wife Carol Swartz; his granddaughter Johanna Beukema; his great grandchild Talaea; his grandson Gavin Gavazzi; his great grandchildren, Jazzlynn and Rocko; his grandson Jackson Beukema (Rachael); his siblings, Richard Swartz (Shirley), Sharon (Ken) and Larry (Sue); his in-laws, Dawn White (Richard), Gail (Terry) and Daniel (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Equasia, Promise, Sheila, Chanel, Junior and Sasha; Amanda (Richard), Danielle and Lucian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
