He was predeceased by: his wife Ednita Graham; and his stepchildren, Deborah Lynn and Pattyann. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Nawrocki Karen (Barry); his grandchildren, Heather and Rich; and his close friend Margaret Burns. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
