He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary and William Bennett; his siblings, Catherine Russell, Anita Svoboda, Mary Lou Bennett and Michael Bennett (Ronald Svoboda); his parents-in-law, Edith and James Murray; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Stone.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Lee Bennett; his son Philip Bennett; his daughter-in-law Paola; his granddaughter Arabella Bennett; his son Nicholas; his daughter-in-law Stephany Bennett; his granddaughter Bellamira Jolee Bennett; his siblings, William Bennett, Jr., Dennis Bennett, Lisa (Dennis O'Keefe), Susan (John Lane) and Cindy (Dale Gitchell); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Bennett and William Russell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Danielle House, Mercy House of the Southern Tier or the Humane Society in Rick's memory.
