He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Morgan and Anna Morgan; his significant other Joan A. Morgan; his daughter Deborah Ann Rost; his great grandchild Julian Rost; his brother Jack; and his sister-in-law Iris Burnard.
He is survived by: his brother Roy Morgan (Rita); his siblings-in-law, Tom Menhennett and Allison Dillabaugh; his son-in-law Dennis Rost; and his grandchildren, Morgan Matchett (Ryan) and Brian Rost.
