It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Noyes of Binghamton, New York, who passed away on October 24, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Noyes and Joan Balkas (Smith); and his son Arik Noyes. He is survived by: his daughter Kristan Tomaka (Noyes); his grandsons, Joshua and Nicholas Tomaka; his son-in-law Robert Tomaka; his brother Thomas Noyes; his sister-in-law Cynthia Noyes; his nephews, Todd Noyes and Michael Cerra; and his niece Andrea Noyes.
