He is survived by: his former wife RosAnn Nemcek Wormuth; his wife Madeline E. Vroma; his daughter-in-law Peggy Nemcek (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Melanie L. Pike Dalgliesh (Glenn), Krista L. Nemcek Cotich (Rich), Gretta L. Nemcek Hocsprung (Peter), Shawn C. Wormuth, Nicole M. Wormuth and Connor F. Nemcek. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and one and three-quarters great-great-grandchildren.
