He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Walker and James Robert Cavanaugh; his brother Christopher Walker; and his brother-in-law Lester O'Dell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bodnar (Egan) of Binghamton, NY.; his sister Rebecca O'Dell; his nephew Aaron O'Dell of Conklin, NY.; his stepmother Corlie Cavanaugh of Vestal, NY.; and his stepchildren, Christopher Omvik of Charlotte, NC and Elizabeth Bodnar of Binghamton, NY.
