He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Frederick and Alice Frederick (Caffrey); his stepmother Ruth (Holmes); and his parents-in-law, Dan and Norma Kilbourne.

He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Christopher Frederick, Debbie Harsh (Kristan), Michael Frederick, Lisa Frederick and Valerie Frederick; his brothers, Joe Frederick (Cindy) and David Frederick; and his siblings-in-law, Wilton Vought (Sarah), Joe Vought (Becky), John Vought (Lisa), Michelle Gaynor (Charlie), Debbie Vought, Lois Frederick and Gladys Frederick. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
