He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kuzma and Margaret Kuzma; and his parents-in-law, Peter and Sally Nardelli. He is survived by: his wife Denise Kuzma (Nardelli); his children, Taryn Sabal (Nick), Steven Kuzma and Brittany Clarke (Seamus); his grandchildren, Colby, Braelyn and Quinn; his close friend Crash; his siblings, Shirley Cox and Andrew Kuzma; his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Bob Bittner; his friends, Russ Chapman and Eddie Skovrinski; and his children, Ball, Soccer and Batman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
